One of God's many Blessings
The way we like to think about Stewardship and Evangelism here at Living Word is by using the phrase: Blessed to Share.
In many ways, we as individuals and as a church, are blessed by God. Because we have such an abundant amount of blessings, we naturally feel like sharing with others those gifts as well as sharing with others the Good News of Jesus Christ. Since God has shared with us, we want to share with the community.

September Roslyn Fall FestivalThe Roslyn Fall Festival happens on our front door every year. The town puts on an antique car show up and down Easton Road, the same road our church is located. We feel this is an opportunity for us to tell others about who we are and that we are church that goes out and shares Christ with the community.
We believe that Christ's love for us is completely free; therefore we can give food, drinks, prizes, and face painting completely free as well. This year we gave away, 500 hot dogs, over 400 snow cones, prayer rocks, religious bracelets, wooden cross key chains, many bags of cookies and prizes for our games. For many who have come to our church and experienced getting food and more for free they say: "What, it is completely free, Wow?" And we respond by say that it is free and so is God's love. What a nice feeling it is to be able to share God’s free love with others. October "Treats from the Trunk" Community Trick or Treating at the church where people decorate thier trunks for the children to get candy.
